Jay-Z announces North American Tour to begin Febuary 22, 2010. Tickets go on sale at www.LiveNation.com November 13,2009. Young Jeezy who is also Hov's labelmate will be opening up. He is scheduled to open up all dates which are not all released . However the first stop will be in Texas(Houston)
